At Wicked Sports Fishing, LLC, our goal is to provide exceptional sportfishing adventures in some of the world's most exciting and remote destinations. To help ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, we ask all guests to review the following important information before participating in any of our trips.
1. Adventure Travel & Associated Risks
Sportfishing and travel to remote destinations involve inherent risks, including unpredictable weather, wildlife encounters, boating activities, transportation challenges, and potentially hazardous conditions.
By participating in our fishing adventures, guests acknowledge that these activities involve risks of injury, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances.
All guests are expected to exercise reasonable care, follow applicable safety instructions, and understand the nature of the activities involved.
2. Health & Physical Fitness
Many of our fishing destinations are located in remote areas where immediate medical assistance and modern healthcare facilities may not be readily available.
Guests should be in appropriate physical and mental condition for their selected adventure and should consult their healthcare provider regarding any concerns before traveling.
Wicked Sports Fishing, LLC reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to decline participation when a guest's condition presents a significant safety concern for themselves or others.
3. Travel Arrangements & Delays
Wicked Sports Fishing, LLC is not responsible for additional expenses resulting from delayed, canceled, or missed flights, transportation disruptions, lost baggage, or other circumstances beyond our control, except where otherwise required by law or agreed in writing.
Guests are responsible for ensuring their travel documents, passports, and any required visas or vaccinations are current and appropriate for their destination.
4. Required Liability Release
All guests are required to complete and sign the official Wicked Sports Fishing, LLC Liability Release and Waiver before participating in their fishing adventure.
The completed release must be submitted to our office no later than 60 days before departure, unless otherwise directed.
Guests who have not submitted the required signed documentation will not be permitted to participate in associated fishing activities or transportation.
5. Trip Changes & Participation
Fishing conditions, weather, transportation schedules, and other circumstances may require adjustments to planned itineraries or activities.
Wicked Sports Fishing, LLC and its destination partners reserve the right to make reasonable modifications when necessary for safety or operational considerations.
Participation may be denied or discontinued when a guest cannot safely participate. Any applicable refund or cancellation consequences will be governed by the guest's booking agreement and applicable law.
6. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all guests.
We encourage travelers to purchase comprehensive travel insurance within one week of making their initial trip deposit.
Coverage should be considered for trip cancellation, medical emergencies, emergency evacuation, travel delays, and lost baggage, particularly when visiting remote international destinations.
